Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dive, operated by Divefs Inc. By creating an account or using Dive, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Dive.

Dive is a read-only personal finance understanding tool. With your permission, it reads bank and financial alert emails to build a money report. Dive never moves, holds, sends, or withdraws money, and never sends, deletes, or modifies your emails. Dive provides information, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Dive. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Dive only for lawful, personal purposes.

When you connect an inbox, you grant Dive read-only permission to detect financial alerts. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes access. You represent that you have the right to connect any inbox you add.

You agree not to misuse Dive: no attempting to breach security, access other users' data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

Dive offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Dive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that every transaction is detected or categorized correctly, and you should not rely on Dive as your sole financial record. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divefs Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Dive.

You can stop using Dive and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
